How long will it take to receive my order?

- Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-3 business days for your purchase to arrive. You will receive notification when your item(s) have shipped. Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. 

Where do you ship?

- We ship throughout the U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Currently we are unable to ship internationally (including to Canada), however this is *temporary* and we look forward to going international very soon!

Do you offer rush shipping?

- Want it fast? We don't blame you. Just shoot us an email at customercare@eternallightcandles.com before you checkout and we'll see what we can do. Pricing is dependent upon the destination/weight of the package. While we try to prioritize orders with expedited shipping, we can't guarantee anything. Expedited orders will arrive within one to two business days once shipped from our fulfillment location. Please note: expedited orders placed on Thursday or Friday  will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday.

What if my tracking info doesn't update?

- An order's tracking status may take 24-48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven't received any updates after 72 hours, please reach out.

Can I return or exchange my Eternal Light candle?

 We take pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles every day. Our Candles are made using natural soy wax, pure fragrances, and eco wicks, resulting in a candle that is true to scent, and long lasting.

If there is an issue with our candles please contact us at customercare@eternallightcandles.com so we can make it right.

Damage Policy

Each Eternal Light candle is hand poured and crafted to perfection. Nothing breaks our hearts more than a package being mishandled before it reaches our customers. We want to make it right. Please email photos of your damaged candles to customercare@eternallightcandles.com. All damaged products must be pictured. Please allow up to 7 days for your package to be re-prepared and shipped.
Please note : Customer must have purchased  shipping protection to receive replacement order. If insurance was not purchased a claim will have to be filed with the carrier by the customer.
